Did you know there are supplements available that actually make a real difference in how you feel, how quickly your brain processes information, and in keeping your body functioning at its peak?

As a recovering alcoholic (21+ years), a veteran with PTSD, and a person managing Bipolar – I have to pay attention to my mind and body if I want to feel good.

I don’t just take someone else’s word for it. I like to read the research and see valid results in my own mind and body. The good news is I have found a few that I take on a daily basis and wanted to share them with you:

I can only imagine the thousands of hours he must have poured into developing and producing programs and supplements that really make a difference in the lives of those who suffer from debilitating mental and emotional conditions.

The supplements I use are Restful Sleep, Brain and Memory Power Boost, and Focus and Energy. Now, people that know me well will tell you that I can be somewhat of an airhead at times. By taking these, those times lessen quite a bit. I can’t imagine what a space cadet I would be without these supplements!  😉

If you are like me, you might hate swallowing a bunch of pills. However, the benefits in the way I feel and function far outweigh the few minutes it takes to get all of these in my body every day. With the exception of Vita Pulse (which is taken on an empty stomach), what I do, is take my supplements and vitamins with lunch or dinner. A little bite of food after swallowing each one helps them go down and stay down really smoothly.

I would encourage all of you to do your own research and find a valid proven supplement that works for you. There is a great deal of natural help out there so that you can look and feel your best! You deserve it, you are a special and beautiful person!
